GoSoft Wear is a clothing retail company. They have over 2,000 products available at any given time. These products change frequently and ofter are out of stock. So they required a high-end shopping cart that would interact with a database and help them keep track of their inventory. A staff memeber was trained on how to use their cart, databases and administration tools so that thier site can grow and change without the assistance of a webmaster.
The site offers products by type, and brand and each product has a summary view and an extended view with more details and larger photos of each product. The company has grown 300% in three years and no further work has been required on the site.
Although this was a custom built site with a full functioning admin system, this has now been turned into an amazing turn-key hosted solution, www.eezCart.com What does that mean? It means you can rent/host this same site for only $50/month. You have complete control of it's look and content through the admin system.

When selling or promoting something online, it is always important to catch the viewers eye and keep them there. This client had a lot to say about his product, but it was technical and information overload. So to offset all that information, we created a visual foreground that is always keeping the viewer interested.
Automatic photo galleries are becoming more popular as the world increases with the amount of band width or broad band increases. This allows a number of photos to load and display at a continuous rate or allows the viewer to stop and control the photo viewer themselves.

When selling products online, it is important to capture the look and feel of the product with the site. This gay men's underwear site uses the sexy male image to capture the viewers attention and adds many smaller images to keep them browsing. The site is completely controled by a user-end content management system, allowing the client to update products and change photos at any time.
This site also uses Flash as an overlay to float over the main graphic images. Adding a little movement is always good to keep the viewers attention, but not too much as to distract them from the main goal of shopping.
The site is focuses in Men's underwear and swimwear WildmanT: briefs, thongs, bikinis, swimsuits, low-rise briefs, low rise briefs, and jockstraps.

Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words. This client wanted thier imagery to be the main focus of the site. Much like a magazine would grab your attention with big bold images, this site uses half the site with one photo, setting a tone for the overall business.
Using large photos can cause slow download time, so Flash was used for the entire site to allow for a "loading page" status bar incase a viewer had a slower dial-up connection. This also allowed us to gently fade in and out from one page to another creating a modern but not flashy effect.

This client wanted a simple, clean, and easy to update site. He adds all of his own text via a web browser. This site reflects the current trend towards wide-screen formats. This is a good example of a personal website.

Century Palm Springs Resort first opened in Nov 04'. It is a contemporary designed resort in the heart of Palm Springs. They needed something that would be easy to manage but look cutting edge and modern to fit thier style. The result is a standard html site using crisp sharp colors and

This client is one of three family sites. Mygayworld.com, MyLesbianworld.com and MygayworldCares.org. This site, was created for fund raising purposes. The client can each week add a new funraiser and a new raffle drawing. The site, counts down the time until the next winner is picked and posts the new winners automatically. Funds are collected through a secure merchant account.

J Ransom is a new high-end fashion elite boutique in Los Angeles . They needed a site that would allow then to enter all their store products, have as many categories, sizes, colors as a high-end shopping cart, and they wanted to be able to control it all themselves. This site is completely controlled by the client. They can change info, products, inventory...everything!

This is an advertising "splash page". It is part of a complete marketing package. Print and online advertising promote a specific special that is driven to the website "splash page" for more information and to enter a contest.
This campaign consited of magazine ads, newsprint ads, billboard and online banners. The splash page gives the viewer all the information that could not fit or be included into the other forms of media.

Angel Guardian Foundation

Angel Guardian Foundation is a non profit foundation helping the unfortunate children in Columbia. This site's purpose is to inform and to collect donations.
The site needed to be bi-lingual to reach all of it's viewers. You will notice that the language can be toggles from English to Spanish in the upper right hand corner.
The site uses clean lines an a little soothing movement ,in the clouds, to keep the viewers attention.
This site also opens with an optional video that is only 2 minutes long to show the kids in the sponsored school for a heart-felt effect.

Family Evolutions

This is one of my favorite clients. Family Evolutions is a complete-package site for the alternative family. It offers everything from shopping with clothing and products for proud gay parents, forums and information about gay parenting,
to baby profiles for new parents to post and share their joy with other new gay parents.
They wanted a fully loaded site and they got one. They have high-end forums with profiles and emailing capabilities, resource section to search their area from services and a completely self maintained
shopping store. They can add, delete, and inventory any product from any web browser. They also have an advice column that they are able to maintain and change at will. Gone are the days of
waiting on your web master who may be missing in action.
This client required a face lift from the ground up. They got a new logo design, site built from scratch, shopping cart, product photographs, marketing pieces, and print ad. It costs a little more but they think it was worth every penny (I like to hear that:)

Fiesta Cantina

Fiesta Cantina is a local hot-spot bar in West Hollywood. Their needs were simple, capture the look and fell of the establishment and create a photo page they can manage themselves.
If you launch the site and watch the header graphic, you will notice a radom pattern of flying parots done is Flash.

This is one of my many gay travel clients. Community Marketing is a leading source in providing information to and from the gay travel industry. They set the bar for the industry and they are great to the gay community and great to work with. The site was designed to resemble their print marketing piece using page numbers to go to the next page. The site also includes a fly-out java script menu allowing to bury submenus without cluttering up the menu bar.

Gay Travel News

Gay Travel News is a company that supports and promotes gay-friendly establishments that support the gay travel industry. This site needed to be created so that an in-house employee could update the site on a regular basis. The site is basically four databases of information. And like a growing trend, these databases and site need to be maintained by non-websavvy clientele.
Admin interfaces are created for each section or database. They are converted into a password protected web pages that the administrator can change, add, and delete entries from any internet connection, giving the client complete control of the site without having to rely on the schedules of a webmaster.

The Pary Spot

The Party Spot site is a new party planning company based in LA. This site goes back to the basics. Pretty much straight html. They needed something clean, cheap and easy. However, because of their industry, party planning sites tend to be cool and flashy with bells and whistles....however they could not afford bells or whistles. So, we took a basic site and added a scrolling picture film strip at the bottom to make the site appear to be cutting edge. End result, success.
